Elderslie Farm celebrates the Kansas land in several ways... FARM TO TABLE DINNERS (elegant seasonal multi-course dining) on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays throughout the year (reservations required). The CREAMERY SHOP is open Fri/Sat 10-8 pm and Sun 12-5 pm for artisanal cheese, gelato, bread and accompaniments. BRAMBLE CAFE is open on the patio (or indoors as weather dictates) Sat 8-1:30 and Sun 12-5:00 (no reservation). CHEESE TASTINGS are on Tues/Wed evenings 6:30 (by reservation). BLACKBERRY PICKING takes place roughly late June to mid-July (by reservation). ELDERSLIE WOODWORKS specializes in the milling and/or finishing of native Kansas species, including live edge black walnut. The retail shop is open by appointment at 351-2250.
